Is there a minimum amount of time I need to sign up for?

Yes, 3 months is the minimum amount of time to not only see results sustainably, but gain the confidence and tools you will need to continue this new lifestyle by knowing what works for you.

Do I need a gym membership to see results?

No, your training will be based around the equipment you have available. Whether that is bodyweight home workouts or a combination of both gym and home workouts. Whatever works best for you. All of your activities including step count can also be linked to your coaching app for the most accurate results!

Do you cater for dietary restrictions & pref?

Yes. All preferences and dietary requirements are taken into account and followed when planning your meal plans. Ingredients, instructions and your calories and macros will all be calculated for you. I will make sure all of your meal plans include the foods you love!

Do I have to pay upfront or can I pay monthly?

You can pay monthly or upfront for your coaching package.

How is progress measured & check-ins?

All the coaching is on the JXF Coaching app. Check ins are weekly and done through a check in form, photos, measurements or scales, however you prefer to be held accountable and have support and praise. Plans will then be tweaked and altered to make sure you are making the most progress and happy with your week ahead.

How much does it cost?

Prices will vary depending on your package length, goals and spots available. Your coaching subscription will be no more than the equivalent of a cost of a coffee a day. Remember why you applied to invest and be the best version of yourself.

What is personalized coaching and how can it benefit me?

My coaching service is fully customized to YOUR goals, and where you want to be next in your fitness journey. This involves me tailoring your plan to your specific needs, goals and challenges. The nutrition plan takes into account your likes and dislikes, and I can fit your favorite meals into your plan, and/or provide macros if you prefer this route. The training plan is designed around your physique goals, as well as your fitness level to ensure you’re excelling as best as you possibly can! The aim of the plan is to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle and to make adherence as straightforward as possible.

How do I cancel?

After your commitment ends, your plan will automatically roll into a month-to-month subscription — and you’ll be able to cancel at any time through the app with no need to message us. Early cancellations are not permitted during your initial commitment period.

What if I am not local to Tennessee?
