Hey! I'm Julie

Here's a little bit about me

I am a twenty-one-year-old American Council on Exercise-certified personal trainer with a Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization. You can find me on Instagram @juliexfit. I have a passion for helping people transform their lives and wake up each morning loving themselves more and more!

I am here to serve YOU. No more quick fixes. When working with me, you can expect to see results both mentally and physically. I aim to repair people's relationships with food and help them create workout plans they love and actually look forward to.

I seek to educate, motivate, and inspire women worldwide to find balance.I have gone through years of fad dieting, detoxes, and struggled with a binge eating disorder. I hit rock bottom four years ago and that was the point where I decided to turn my life around because I AM IN CONTROL.

Balance

I was able to dig myself out of a deep hole and I want to help you do the same. I am able to eat with no guilt, exercise because I want to not because I have to, and wake up each morning grateful for another day, and you can do the same. It all comes down to a want for change.

Transform

We would make a killer team as long as you are committed to the change. That is all I ask for you to bring to the table, a want to change your old habits. With that drive, I believe that your life could be transformed. Let's do this together!
